Customers often ask for an upfront price, which can be challenging without seeing the job. We offer two quoting options: we can visit your home with you to price the job, or you can send us a video recording of the full home so we can assess what needs to be removed. Customers also worry about being left with broken white goods, clothes, or miscellaneous rubbish, but there’s no need to worry – we take it all! Additionally, while we don't offer bathroom/kitchen replacements, we are fully insured and licensed to handle and carry all types of waste. We can work in the home without electricity as long as it has been made safe by the electric company, as we are not qualified to handle electrical work.

Customers frequently ask about carpet, laminate, or vinyl flooring. While this is something we’re actively looking to add to our services, we don't currently offer it. We can certainly remove any old, stained, or broken flooring as part of the package, but we cannot currently replace it.
